Longform offers courses, training plans, exercise demonstrations and original-value records to help healthy adult beginners understand their choices. Teaching examples are editable and do not replace individual medical assessment.

Describe the problem, platform and system version, and steps to reproduce it. Hide personal information in screenshots. Do not send complete record backups, health information, meal photos or service keys.
Courses and everyday use
Browse courses and exercise references before adopting and editing a plan. Active workouts and history retain the plan snapshot captured at the start; editing a future plan does not rewrite them.
Local records, backups and clearing data
Browser records stay in the current browser; native-app records stay on the current device. There is no account or automatic cloud sync. Before changing browsers or devices, export a JSON backup from Settings and Data and keep it yourself. Backups may contain personal information, photos and plan proposals.
Preview an import before explicitly confirming replacement. A normal reset keeps a backup of the previous records; full clearing removes current app-managed records and local backups. It cannot delete copies already downloaded, saved elsewhere or sent to an external service.
Apple Health and permissions
Native Apple Health features require your permission; manual records do not depend on these permissions. Imported sources and manual records are retained separately. Revoking permission does not automatically delete cached imports. See Privacy for the clearing scope.
AI availability and reviewing a request
AI availability depends on the current service configuration. Manual records and plan editing remain available when AI is unavailable. Each request requires a preview of the actual information being sent and your explicit consent. Using AI is optional.
Canceling stops this page from accepting the result and attempts to abort the request, but cannot retrieve information already sent. Plan proposals need a separate review and confirmation; they cannot automatically rewrite history.
