Course Directory
A complete six-phase, 36-chapter course, from personal goals to an 8–12-week cycle
Start with your current question
This course is for healthy adults learning about training, ordinary meals, recovery, and daily activity. All six phases and 36 chapters have full lesson bodies covering movement learning, physique planning, food and recovery, and an independent cycle. The course does not replace individual medical, technique, or nutrition assessment.
Read and practice together; you need not finish the directory before beginning observations. Start with the question you most need to understand.
| Current question | Suggested path | Possible practice output |
|---|---|---|
| Vague goals or concern about chasing weight alone | Chapter 1 → Chapter 2 → Chapter 6 | Goal card, measurement observation card, six-layer priorities and boundaries |
| Understanding a plan and reviewing training | Chapter 7 → Chapter 8 → Chapter 9 → Chapter 10 → Chapter 12 | Exercise purposes, planned and actual work, comparable performance, weekly review |
| Organizing meals from ordinary food | Chapter 25 → Chapter 26 | Three-day meal observations and ordinary combinations for three settings |
| Protecting recovery and increasing daily activity | Chapter 29 → Chapter 32 | Sleep opportunity and recovery observations, repeatable activity opportunities |
Practice can live in ordinary notes. Keep unknowns where data is absent. No body photographs, calorie calculations, maximal-load tests, or supplements are required. Rest days and missing records receive no punishment.
Six phases
The sequence follows PRD Section 21. Phase goals describe the whole phase's learning direction. Directory registration or one completed lesson does not establish phase completion.
- Phase 1 · Understand Your Body:Define your personal fitness goals
- Phase 2 · Learn to Train:Understand a training plan
- Phase 3 · Master the Core Movements:Build the foundations of an exercise library
- Phase 4 · Build the Lean Physique:Create a personal physique plan
- Phase 5 · Food and Recovery:Build a personal food system
- Phase 6 · Lifetime Fitness:Independently create and execute an 8–12-week training cycle
The 12-lesson starting path
The historical MVP path remains a quick entry into the complete course. All 36 chapters contain a real-world question, observation method, teaching model, application, boundaries, practice, and suggested self-check answers.
For further study, Chapters 13–18 build movement cards, Chapters 19–24 assemble a physique plan, Chapters 25–30 build an ordinary-food system, and Chapters 31–36 cover activity, adjustment, and cycle planning. Chapter 36 explicitly separates completing a plan and rehearsal from actually executing a cycle. Reading the course does not mean you have trained for 8–12 weeks.
