Food Module

Connect everyday eating with food groups and meal building

Food directory

PRD Section 32 divides foods into six functional groups. The guide offers ordinary examples; meal combinations can be saved, edited, and reviewed. The groups serve teaching purposes. Convenience and enjoyment foods are not prohibited because of their category.

MVP and later logging

The MVP starts with a food guide and meal builder. Guidance includes choices when eating out, at cafés, and in convenience stores.

Simple, Guided, and Advanced in PRD Section 37 describe different recording methods. Advanced calorie and macro logging belongs to V2. The MVP requires no calorie input and uses no universal food score.
