Development Roadmap

Establish structure, then validate a sustainable fitness loop

M0 · Project setup

Workspace, shared static data, course introductions, training structure, scene directory, task plan, and a SwiftUI startup shell.

MVP · The basic loop

12 core lessons, a 12-exercise library, three-day execution and logs, weight and waist trends, food guidance and meal building, manual walking, simple recovery inputs, and four flagship 3D scenes.

These Web capabilities are implemented. Delivery validates tools and technical integration; real learning, habits, body changes, and Sustainable Fitness Weeks thresholds still need observation. C-02 supplied the remaining 24 chapters: all 36 Chinese lessons and six phase outputs are readable. B-03 expanded Web and native to twelve movement scenes, with actual native display acceptance recorded separately.

Native UI design

UI-01 is confirmed. Basic Today, Train, Food, Body, Learn, and Profile execution screens are implemented. HealthKit, Watch, compatible walking WorkoutKit, twelve native movements, and Live Activities have code and local technical evidence. Runtime and device acceptance limits are in the project's validation records.

V1

12 movements in 3D are implemented. Optional Day 4 and multidimensional progression remain in development. Minimal HealthKit integration is implemented, and all 36 Chinese lessons are supplied.

V2

Apple Watch execution and compatible walking WorkoutKit have minimal implementations. Complete food logging and explainable multi-signal Readiness remain in development.

V3 / V4

Adaptive training, AI Coach, aerobic and mobility plans, travel and home modes, and specialty plans. Detailed tasks follow stable basic records and validation.

Authorization for the complete version

The first complete version is free, covering Chinese and English courses, Web, and native. Subsequent tasks include actual execution, persistence, error recovery, and validation. Menus or directory entries do not establish functioning features. Only real-device tests are excluded; browser and available-simulator evidence are still required. Reading and self-reports cannot prove health outcomes.
