Longform Body Lab
Understand movement through exercises, muscles, and checkpoints
Delivery stages
PRD Section 51 lists 12 exercises. Section 71 narrows the MVP to four flagship scenes: incline press, pull-up, squat, and deadlift or hip hinge. Section 72 expands to 12 movements in 3D.
All twelve scenes have players: incline and flat dumbbell bench press, seated dumbbell shoulder press, lateral raise, machine-assisted pull-up, seated cable row, light dumbbell Romanian deadlift, biceps curl, bodyweight box squat, bodyweight glute bridge, cable face pull, and dead bug. Observe movement
Each scene supports 360° rotation, zoom, slow motion, pause, a timeline, five camera views, muscle illustrations, common errors, and start/midpoint/finish checkpoints. Playback starts paused; keyboard and camera controls support observation. Without WebGL, after resource failure, or after graphics-context loss, text and 2D illustrations retain the same timeline. Reduced-motion use allows checkpoint-by-checkpoint observation.
Original joint models, equipment, and animation are for project teaching. They are not captured from a real performer or individually calibrated. Text and library information share movement and variant IDs. Colors identify relevant regions, not precise activation percentages, muscle growth, or personal injury probabilities. The range illustrates movement rather than prescribing mandatory depth.
Documentation reads a static catalog. The renderer loads on demand after entering a movement's leaf page. Original procedural geometry, scope of use, and briefs are registered for twelve scenes. Native RealityView reconstructs all twelve sets of equipment and human poses using the same pose semantics; Web procedural geometry is not presented as directly reusable USDZ. Poses and builds are verified, with evidence of actual native display recorded separately.
