Pull-up
Practice vertical pulling and shoulder-blade control. Assistance can be recorded; an unassisted pull-up is not required at the start.
Current example: Machine-assisted Pull-up。Use machine assistance to maintain control. Assistance weight is not added load.
Scene controls: arrow keys rotate; + / − zoom. Camera controls also support every operation.
Loading 3D. A 2D illustration on the same timeline is available now.
Grip the bar with knees on the illustrated assistance platform, starting from a controlled lower position.
Lines show grip points or joint paths; dots mark the start and extension checkpoints, with the finish returning to the start. A dead-bug cycle illustrates both sides; actual repetitions are counted per side. The range is illustrative, not a required depth.
Original joint models and animations are teaching illustrations without motion capture or individual calibration. Playback starts paused. Reduced-motion use can inspect checkpoints and the timeline. Camera rotation spans 360°, and zoom only changes viewing distance.
Paused by default. Choose a checkpoint or play to observe a full repetition.
Observation and Equipment
Equipment: Assisted pull-up machine
- Confirm the platform and handle instructions and safe mounting and dismounting.
- Pull from a controlled position without kicking or swinging.
- Control descent and finish within a comfortable range.
Joints: Shoulder joint and shoulder-blade region and Elbow joint
Safety and Scope
- Use enough assistance by default. More machine assistance generally makes the task easier; follow machine instructions.
- Stop for shoulder discomfort or unsafe access and obtain professional guidance.
Movement-learning information for healthy adults without known exercise contraindications. Sources are reviewed; this does not replace on-site technique assessment.
Reduce Difficulty
- Keep machine assistance and increase it appropriately according to instructions. Seek on-site guidance when access is unsafe.
Adjustment Boundaries
- After controlled, comfortable ascent and descent, reduce assistance gradually following machine instructions. Bodyweight is not a mandatory progress threshold.
