Phase 5 · Food and Recovery

Build a personal food system

Phase goal

Start with energy balance and ordinary foods, then identify protein, staples, variety, and sleep and recovery. Chapter 30 combines these into a system with an optional fat-loss branch.

Bring together combinations for home, eating out, convenience, and busy periods, considering budget, shopping, storage, preferences, and special needs. Training is not food compensation, and fat loss is not everyone's default goal.

Phase output

Create ordinary meal combinations, alternatives, and recovery arrangements. Practice can live in ordinary notes; existing tools only record the actual information each supports.

Completion check

  1. Identify ordinary food sources and whole-meal composition without inferring adequacy from category checkboxes.
  2. Build repeatable combinations and alternatives, retaining estimates and unknowns for unclear ingredients or portions.
  3. Write one way to protect sleep opportunity and review energy and soreness alongside other everyday conditions.
  4. Choose maintenance, more regular habits, or optional fat loss, with pause and professional-help conditions. Weight loss is not required.

Keep learning completion separate from actual capability. Reading, self-checks, and planning cannot replace execution, on-site technique assessment, or evidence of health outcomes.
