LearnPhase 4 · Build the Lean Physique

Phase 4 · Build the Lean Physique

Create a personal physique plan

Phase goal

Chapters 19–23 put body-area wishes into the context of capability, task coverage, time, and recovery. Chapter 24 combines them. A lean physique is not a standard for everyone.

Fill six fields: main goal, secondary goal, current baseline, actions, protected conditions, and review and adjustment. Reuse the first three phases' outputs. Do not self-diagnose posture from photographs or create ideal-proportion scores.

Phase output

Create a one-page, six-field physique plan. Practice can live in ordinary notes; existing tools only record the actual information each supports.

Completion check

  1. Include at least one capability or sustainable-action goal beyond appearance.
  2. Explain choices among pushes, pulls, lower-body work, and accessories, labeling coverage limits.
  3. Keep measurements and appearance records voluntary, unknown baselines unknown, and muscle or fat changes unpredicted.
  4. Protect sleep and responsibilities in the calendar; rehearse maintain, adjust, or insufficient evidence, with help boundaries.

Keep learning completion separate from actual capability. Reading, self-checks, and planning cannot replace execution, on-site technique assessment, or evidence of health outcomes.
