Phase 6 · Lifetime Fitness

Independently create and execute an 8–12-week training cycle

Phase goal

Include aerobic work, walking, mobility, plateaus, and busy weeks in the whole system. Chapter 36 supplies a seven-field cycle template and three scenario rehearsals.

Choose an 8–12-week learning cycle and actual start and finish dates, arranging training, ordinary food, activity, recovery, and alternatives. The length is a course requirement, not everyone's optimal physiological cycle.

Phase output

Create a cycle draft, execution records, and an end-of-cycle review. Practice can live in ordinary notes; existing tools only record the actual information each supports.

Completion check

  1. Plan: complete goal and baseline, calendar, sessions, food and life, review rules, unusual events and interruptions, and final summary.
  2. Rehearse: handle normal completion, missing records or new equipment, and busy periods or poor recovery, without treating hypotheses as history.
  3. Execute: record actual events and adjustments over time, preserving rest, interruptions, non-execution, and unknowns. Reading cannot fabricate them.
  4. Summarize: after actually completing the chosen cycle, explain supported changes, insufficient evidence, and next steps. Logged days do not equal qualifying healthy weeks.

Keep learning completion separate from actual capability. Reading, self-checks, and planning cannot replace execution, on-site technique assessment, or evidence of health outcomes.
